Description of the system

The system's functioning scheme is simple. As soon as the installation is finished, and the solar circuit followed by the serpentine are filled up, the mixing water/air will be done according to the following scheme:
Тоwater tank ≥70оС

Pump switched off

Temperature protection
Empty collector
Тоwater tank <70оС Functioning pimp Completing the exchange Collector filled up with water
Тоcollector <5оС

Pump switched off

Anti-freeze protection Empty collector
Requirements

The maximum distance between the solar collector and the water tank should be 11m. In all circumstances it should be provided at least 3˚ minimum slope between the collector and the water tank, without siphons. The collector always should be installed at a higher level than the water tank. The collector should stay in horizontal position.

Additional energy source: The solar systems are perfect solution for energy-saving production of hot water, but they need additional energy source (boiler /  heater) for the days when the solar radiation is not enough.

Perfect for one-family houses (2 - 4) persons

  • Double-enamelled water tank , Small Glass 200l. with serpentine;
  • Solar collector Kaplan 2,4 with the necessary stands for horizontal installation;
  • Control board;
  • Connection tube between the collector and the water tank;
  • Hydraulic accessories;
  • Pump with variable speed;
